IMPLANT DENTURES

BAR-RETAINED IMPLANT DENTURES
Bar-retained implant dentures utilize a thin bar that follows your jaw and attaches to the implants. This bar is where your prothesis will clip in to attach securely. The bar is bonded along your jaw, meaning your appliance won’t loosen or fall out like traditional options.
BALL-RETAINED IMPLANT DENTURES
Ball-retained implant dentures have a ball-shaped metal abutment on each implant that sits just above the gums. Round sockets in the bottom of the appliance are made so they can snap securely onto the ball-shaped abutment for firm support. Just as with the bar-retained option, these metal implants are attached to your jaw to ensure a snug, stable fit.
LOCATOR ATTACHMENTS
Locator attachments include a plastic insert inside a metal housing fitted inside the denture. The prothesis then latches onto these locator attachments. As with the other two options, this provides you with all the convenience of a removable dental prosthesis with all the benefits of a surgical implant.
Implant dentures are safe, sturdy, and rapidly growing in popularity. They serve as a strong root for your appliance so you’ll never have to worry about your prosthesis slipping out again. REMOVABLE DENTAL PROSTHESIS
Removable dental prosthesis is an oral appliance that replaces teeth missing from your smile. These are typically made of a gum-colored base attached to artificial teeth that fill in the gaps of your smile. Removable dental prostheses can either be partial or complete appliances, depending on your needs.
PARTIAL DENTURES
Partial dentures replace a tooth or series of teeth in your mouth when you still have healthy, natural teeth as well. They will be shaped similarly to a set of complete or traditional dentures, but will leave holes where your natural teeth are so that your natural teeth are visible side-by-side with the artificial teeth within the appliance.
COMPLETE DENTURES
Traditional, full or complete dentures are designed to replace all of the teeth in either your upper jaw, lower jaw or both. They fit snugly over your gums and stick in place with the use of suction or adhesive.
